Rob Durbridge is the Federal Industrial Officer of the Australian Education Union, one of the Australia's largest unions. He has long experience with the movement and industrial legislation reform and is a former Executive Director of the Australian Institute of Employment Rights.
Rob has been involved through the ACTU in consultations on the new Fair Work Act and the making of Modern Awards which will commence in 2010.
